About me
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), with 11 years of psychiatric nursing experience prior to obtaining my PMHNP. I specialize in providing holistic care, including traditional prescriptions, herbal supplements, and lifestyle changes, for young people and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and addiction. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths.
